I think you could do some months worth of her but since 80s softcore sinsation Shannon Tweed celebrates her 55th birthday Today I thought it´s about time to repost part of her entry in the CULT SIRENS TRIPLE THREAT series .

With peaks that rival her homeland’s Canadian Rockies, B - movie queen Shannon Tweed first got the world’s attention with a 1981 spread in Playboy magazine but quickly found her calling as a naked actress.

After the Canadian wish - fulfillment TV series Thrill of a Lifetime arranged for her to pose for Hugh Hefner's Playboy magazine, she gained fame as the Playmate of the Month for the November 1981 issue ( photographed by Richard Fegley ) and eventually the Playmate of the Year for 1982.

She also remained a popular Playboy model and appeared on the magazine’s cover an astounding 20 times.

Since her first appearance in Playboy, Shannon has acted in TV series such as the HBO comedy 1st and Ten, the prime - time soap opera Falcon Crest and guest appearances on Frasier, as well as B movies. Tweed also appeared in an episode of The Dukes of Hazzard in the seventh and final season. In 1985, she landed a role on Days of our Lives as Savannah Wilder, a character who was working under Victor Kiriakis and through whom Steve " Patch " Johnson was introduced. She remained with the show until 1987.

Since then, Tweed has appeared in over 60 films, including Detroit Rock City, produced by Gene Simmons in 1999. She is one of the best known actresses of mainstream erotica, and she is identified with the genre of the erotic thriller, a point she makes in her autobiography, most notably her movies The Surrogate, Indecent Behavior, Cold Sweat, Body Chemistry 4 : Full Exposure, Scandalous Behavior and Night Eyes 2 and Night Eyes 3.

In recent years Shannon has been a reality TV star with her long - time boyfriend, KISS bassist Gene Simmons. Oh, to go where that famous tongue has been!

Now as Shannon Tweed has made hundreds of movies you may wonder why I put her in the tv section but most movies I have seen her in were movies I saw on tv. She has starred in hundreds of flicks and she´s not shy about baring some skin - those are the best ones.

In the 1984 sex comedy Hot Dog...The Movie Shannon Tweed heats up the slopes baring her nude tits as a hot blonde ski bunny. It which was her first major theatrical film appearance and paved the way for many more skinflicks in which she showed her goods.

But my favorite scene with Shannon Tweed in POSSESSED BY THE NIGHT in which Shannon does a workout with a really tight shirt.

I don´t remember much about the plot, only that it had something to do with a brain / alien / demon in a jar that was kicking people´s sexual urges into overdrive. Which in Shannon´s case meant doing a workout in a sweaty shirt with lots of close ups of her chest and nipples.

Now either these wer two sequences or her t shirt suddenly shrank due to massive amounts of sweat because it didn´t cover up anything all of a sudden. Not that I mind.

Finally Shannon wiped the sweat from her face, baring her chest at the end of the scene. Call me weird but I´m just a sucker for wet t shirt scenes. Sadly the old download link has been deleted and I couldn´t find a new one so far.
