The video from this post may be old news for most of my readers abroad but in Germany the sports tv station SPORT1 ( formerly know as DSF ) is showing this video weekdays at six in the morning so I thought it's appropiate.


The video is of course the Yoga 4 Dudes video from the Stuff for Dudes website.



I would have posted it sooner but I couldn't find any download links at first. Now I have finally found two download options but only for the first video. On DSF they are also showing parts of the Workout 4 Dudes and Pilates 4 Dudes videos which are extremely hot. Here are the download links, they are both for the same video. It took me a while to identify the girls from the video and I'm not sure about the third one, which according to one website is Tara Rice but since I couldn't find any websites or pictures about her I'm not sure. She's the one in the brown / yellow outfit.
