Whatever happened to the day of tomorrow ?

You´re probably thinking : okay, I understand that ? But what about yesterday ? Well, while I was on newsarama to look for the news on Carlos Pacheco and the CAMELOT FALLS storyline I stumbled across the POWER GIRL APPRECIATION thread and since I´m always looking for new material on POWER GIRL I just had to check it out. All 222 pages of it !

Which took me all of Tuesday and the beginning of Wednesday. Of course I had to take breaks to eat and because my internet browser kept crashing. But I worked all throught the night to go through the whole thread. When I was finally finished it was six o clock in the morning. Since I have to get up at eight o clock anyway to tape OFFICE GIRL to see the episode with Pamela Anderson ( of which I already posted a clip ) I decided to burn all the Power Girl pics on a CD Rom for safety reasons. There was a second website with pictures of Power Girl that were mostly scans but I didn´t have the time to download them so I put a bookmark on the website. Since I still don´t know how to operate the scanner it´s really hard to get scans of actual issues so I use every opportunity I get.

Well, when I had finished burning the stuff and throwing old things out and putting all the new stuff in order it was ten o clock ( in the morning ) and I decided to go to sleep. I slept till half past one in the afternoon then I got up and ate a bit. I did some stuff but since the internet wasn´t working anymore ( thank god I had downloaded all the stuff already ) I couldn´t put up this post. I watched HEROES and went to bed early. So I was on the internet for the first ten hours of Wednesday and pretty much slept the rest of the day. It´s like I lost a day or so.

Well, that´s all behind me now. I have the Superman annual which means I can FINALLY read the story. Which means that there could be more Superman related content on this website in the near future. And I also have tons of scans of Power Girl together with pictures of real women who are build like Power Girl. Yes, that´s right. It´s not a hoax. It´s not a dream. It´s not an imaginary story. It´s not an ELSEWORLDS not a WHAT IF and not a parallel dimension. There really are Power Girls out there.

I also have tons of pics by professional artists as well as fanart of Power Girl. Some of them I can post, some of them I can only post part of ( since I´m trying to stay SAFE FOR WORK with this blog - god only knows why ) like this one.....

And some which I shouldn´t post at all. Or only in a version that´s safe for work.

May that be as it may today the internet is working again so I decided to put this post up to tell you what I have been up to. As well as inform any Superman fans out there who have been wondering about the missing Carlos Pacheco issues what´s up. That´s the end for today as today´s post has once again become longer than I planned. Next up will be part two of the solicitations or a new installment of SEARCH FOR POWER GIRL since I´m already one episode behind on that. And there is also a new contender since apparently Patricia Arquette is already working hard to qualify for the role of Power Girl in an upcoming movie.
