You know, for somebody who´s such a big Sabrina fan I don´t have that many posts with her.
Back in the 80s music videos were rather new so they hadn´t forgotten that the visual aspect was very important. Since a lot of adolescent viewers watched music videos the producers began to promote page 3 girls like Samantha Fox
or other wet dreams like Angela Cavagna
Fanny Cadeo

that their target audience could jerk off to. Even 80s Power Girl Brigitte Nielsen who had just appeared in Playboy tried her luck in the charts.
Together with Falco from Vienna she sang BODY NEXT TO BODY although her real contribution to the video clip was shaking her enourmous melons in a shirt taht was waaay too small.
I remember staying up late at night way beyond my bedtime to secretly tape the video.
She had a few songs after that and I vividly remember that she appeared on a german show with a ginourmous cleavage. I was so mesmerized by her gazongas that I have no recollection of her singing during her live performance. A fact that my brother found very funny. Anyway, the 80s were just full of bigbreasted sexbombs who showed their stuff in musicvideos to enter the charts and Sabrina was up there on the top.
Sabrina Salerno was mostly known for two things.....well, actually three things : the twins ( obviously ! ), lots of wardrobe malfunctions in the form of the tiniest outfits that were always riding up or see - through bikinis
or her big round boobies popping out of whatever she was wearing. Last but not least she was famous for her live performances which were much better than some of the videos because of the bouncing action she invented long before japanese games designers had the idea.
On TOP OF THE POPS they wouldn´t play her music video because it was way to sexual - well, too bad for them because her bouncing live performance was even hotter which in the end won over millions of fans and shot a whole generation of british boys into puberty prematurely.

But she really got famous through her New Year´s performance in 1988 on spanish tv where she sang her song " Hot Girl " and she couldn´t control her boobs and they popped out of her top showing a lot of nipplage. In german tv they would have censored it but the spanish tv station imediately put it on a loop and kept showing it during her live performance. Which is probably her best known clip.

But Sabrina owes most of her career to the video " Boys, boys, boys " and the bikini top that couldn´t contain her massive.....personality. The video was quite simple with sexy Sabrina wearing a very transparent white bikini in a pool but obviously her melons were too heavy for her top. It kept sliding lower and lower and showing part of her nipples
which already were showing through the thin fabric so she had to pull it up again before they completely fell out.
And Sabrina did it in such a way that it showed her boobs very good.

Now one of the reasons why Sabrina was a bigger star in Spain and Italy was the fact that the uncensored version with lots of nipplage could be shown on tv and that she had numerous tv live appearances.
She even appeared in a few italian movies where she displayed her centerfold measurements ( 36D - 24 - 36 ) and speaking about centerfolds she also did a few nude photosessions for various mens magazines.
So even though her video was only shown in a censored version it was still hot enough to catapult Sabrina to the number 1 position of the charts on a global scale. Here in Germany we had to suffer her censored video but thanks to lots of pictures in wet, see - through swimsuits or topless or completely nude we also could enjoy Sabrina.
Well, in those countries that showed the uncensored version of her clip like Italy or Spain she´s still a superstar, in the rest of the world - not so much.
