Like already promised in my Yoga 4 Dudes post here's the first solo post for Holly Weber. You can find more of her in part 2 / part 3 / part 4 and part 5 . Naturally we're heading of with the pics from the workout videos.

The video from this post may be old news for most of my readers abroad but in Germany the sports tv station SPORT1 ( formerly know as DSF ) is showing this video weekdays at six in the morning so I thought it's appropiate.
The video is of course the Yoga 4 Dudes video from the Stuff for Dudes website.
I would have posted it sooner but I couldn't find any download links at first. Now I have finally found two download options but only for the first video. On DSF they are also showing parts of the Workout 4 Dudes and Pilates 4 Dudes videos which are extremely hot. Here are the download links, they are both for the same video. Sorry, I don't have it in better quality.
It took me a while to identify the girls from the video and I'm not sure about the third one, which according to one website is Tara Rice but since I couldn't find any websites or pictures about her I'm not sure. She's the one in the brown / yellow outfit.
The first one I could identify - and my personal favorite - is french hardbody Noemie Lagier and here are two links for an interview and her yoga pictures . There is also a gallery on lazygirls of her.
The second one I could identify is Holly Weber who also models under the name of Erin Gibson. I found more pictures of her and since I couldn't fit them all into this post you can find more of her in part 1 / part 2 / part 3 / part 4 and part 5 .
